If you installed from tarball, it might be that the new Muttrc didn't get
installed. I had the same problem under Solaris 2.6. A quick look at the
Makefile revealed that seemingly no new Muttrc gets installed if you already
have one, which in case of the upgrade from 1.0 to 1.2 can be confusing.
Make sure that you install the new Muttrc yourself - it should have been
generated in your build directory.
