This is the problem with including these lines in your personal .muttrc:
you have to update them when you upgrade Mutt. I comment these lines out
of my .muttrc because of meeting this one in an earlier upgrade :)
Check the /etc/Muttrc, which I imagine did get upgraded, but at a guess
the docs now live in /usr/doc/mutt-1.2/ or something similarly named.
