There is an email aliases feature, which also supports a list that you
can browse and search.
If you need something more than that, you need to use an external
application: I believe there's at least one which has been designed
with Mutt in mind ("abook"? I'm not sure of the name). This can then
be integrated with Mutt with the external-query command in any address
prompt (To:, Cc:).
