Is there a reason to not use something like
send-hook . set pgp_autosign
send-hook . unset pgp_autoencrypt
send-hook (skip|jgood9|topgunch) unset pgp_autosign
send-hook jimh set pgp_autoencrypt
in your .muttrc? Works for me, as you can see above...
