I have no idea how hard this would be, as I've never looked at the code,
but could a hook be added to mutt that would allow one to choose the
default PGP option based on the recipient, in addition to the key choosing
feature that is already there?
For instance, I would like to sign all my emails except those which go to a
few of my friends whose email readers get quite confused by them.
Right now I'm using this hack:
send-hook '~t ^foo@bar\.com$' 'push "pf"'
This works with new mails, but with replies, it screws up if "include" is
is set to "ask-*", since it tries to reply "pf" to the question "Include
original message in reply?".
I'm fully willing to try and code this myself, but I'm unfamilar with the
code, so if one of you mutt hackers feels so inclined, I'd love to have
this feature. If not, could you give me a few pointers as to where in the
code I should start? I'm guessing the existing pgp-hook code might not be
a bad place...
