[Announce] mutt-1.1.8 is out

Mutt-1.1.8 is out.  This is another BETA version.  Changes
against 1.1.7 include fixes for one recent and one
long-standing, but mostly unnoticed bug.

You can download the code from
<ftp://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/devel/>.  Additionally, it
should be propagated to the usual mirror sites listed at
<http://www.mutt.org/download.html> within a day or two.
