Hi! Here's a short list of features that I would love to see in the next
release:

1) stop printing extra \n on exit. I'm one of those anal types that
can't stand extra white space. You can't imagine how happy I was when
vim stopped doing this.

2) a shortcut for "current mailbox". I would like to experiment with
fcc'ing the current mailbox so I can view discussion threads that
include my replies. So far I can't figure out how to do this. It seems
as if having a shortcut for the current mailbox would allow for
something easy like "folder-hook . set record = (shortcut for current
mailbox)".

3) option to show *all* subject lines when sorting by thread.

4) better memory of which mailboxes have New and "Old" messages. I
don't like how viewing a mailbox will make mutt forget that it contains
unread mail.

5) remember current directory, so all paths (or maybe just the path
supplied to the change-folder command) don't have to be relative to the
mail folder. IOW, if I'm in ~/Mail/mutt/users and I want to switch to
~/Mail/mutt/dev, I don't want to have to type "=mutt/dev", I just want
to type "dev". If you don't like this then perhaps a shortcut for the
current directory would be more appropriate, so I'd only have to type
"(shortcut)dev".

Thanks for listening. (and creating such a great email client!)
