This is currently not supported. The attribution was only a side-effect of
using the same format for the main index display, so a sequence for the full
to: or cc: line was never incorporated. I don't really see why this would
be necessary since you could just 'set edit_headers' to see the to: and cc:
Perhaps you should give that a try.
