I take it you mean maildrop; it's been around awhile (more than a year)
but it's new compared to procmail. The homepage is at

The filters look like this (a rather simple example):
if (/^To: *root@(chamber|castle)/)
to Mail/IN.root
... so it's "intuitive" to those who are familiar with perl and the
like. You can also use { } to group commands, like in procmail.
I've not personally migrated from procmail to maildrop, mostly due to
laziness, I don't look forward to rewriting my 50 or so procmail rules.
But the features listed on the home page are quite nice, and there are
some pretty complex examples shown in the included "maildropex" man
page.
