Hello,
If I compile mutt-1.0pre2 with ncurses, the following line in my muttrc
does not work correctly:
color status black cyan
Instead I get brightblack on cyan while in the index and normal black on
cyan in the pager. Actually, regardless of the specified color, I
always get bright versions of them in the index.
OTOH if I compile with slang, this one works, but the following line
gets ignored:
color message brightgreen green
I just get brightwhite on black messages As far as I noticed, it
interprets "green on green" as "white on black" (indeed, if I specify
just that -- green on green -- I get dim white on black) Other
variations (e.g. "red on red") also give similair behaviour -- although
green on green gives dim white and red on red -- bright white.
I have S-Lang 1.2.2 (with contrib/patch.slang-1.2.2.keypad.1 applied) and
ncurses 4.2.
Any comments? Which library -- ncurses or slang -- works better with
mutt?
Best Regards,
Marius Gedminas
