I'd add filtering visible messages (the limit command) to this list.
Very useful (since sorting by to: does not always group messages for the
same mailing list). However handling of stupid reply-to is not that
intelligent (I asked to improve it some time ago and the only reply was
"mailing lists should not munge reply-to". Actually, it helped ;)
