Really all you can do is set the $folder variable to point to the root
of your IMAP folders:
set folder='{mailhost}Mail'
and this only works in the development versions, I think. The
development versions have all kinds of nice IMAP stuff vs the stable
version, actually:
* tab completion
* significant speed improvements
* server copy
* IMAP folder browsing
probably other things
