Of course if you're on mutt-users, you're also on mutt-announce. (I prefer
messages from 'announce' to go to my inbox, so it isn't part of the regex
below.)

Note that if you use maildirs, nothing is needed to the right of the :0
The 'users-request' part is so any stray subscribe & unsubscribe requests go
into the mutt folder & don't end up in my inbox (though I guess I could send
them to/dev/null/).
