To say the truth, I only use completion with -f and -F, so the above
would be enough for me. But the following (which I use) should be a
little bit more complete:
complete mutt c@-f=@F:$HOME/Mail/@ c/-f/f/ \
c/-a/f/ c/-f/f/ c/-F/f/ c/-H/f/ c/-i/f/ \
c/-m/"(mbox maildir mmdf mh MMDF MH Maildir)"/
