Including headers when forwarding messages

I am new to this list.  I've checked a couple FAQs but can't resolve
www.mutt.org to check the current manual.

My question:  When forwarding a message, how do you include the headers
from the original message?  I had thought that in older versions of
Mutt, you would first turn headers on and then forward.  I can't seem
to get that to work in my version, 0.95.5i.
