mutt tries to invoke a program 'gpgm', which is a link to gpg.
This link is only created (by the gpg Makefile) when it existed
before (-0.9.7), is not created (and deleted) in version 0.9.8.
All you have to do is to create a link to `which gpg` somewhere
in your $PATH, named gpgm.
