Automatic delete after save?

Hi,

I want mutt to automatically delete messages that I save.  Seems
simple, but after a couple of runs through the docs I still haven't
found a way to do it.

My current hack:

bind index v save-message
macro index s "dKv"

This doesn't work if you try to save the last message in your in box.

Suggestions?

My apologies if I missed something obvious ..
