I'm under the impression that this is precisely what Erwan would
like to do:

- save the message to a separate, temporary folder
- edit that folder with your favorite text editor
- move the message back to the original folder, maybe in a safe way,
  stripping or correcting headers which are dangerous for mailbox
  consistancy.
