Someone else already addressed your need to define a default send-hook to
deal with the problem you were having, but I'll add that you should look
into the '$alternates' and '$reverse_name' variables to deal with what you
want done.  You'd still need the send-hook for the different sig but you
don't really need the one for the From: header, Mutt can handle that more
elegantly.
