The 'References' in the response (not the one forwarded, which is there
anyway) only represents 10 out of many lines of response header fields
and forwarded header fields, so it doesn't hurt, IMO.

Thanks for the feedback. I've set it back to 10. If anyone else has feedback please let know. I'll push the commits up in a few days, but of course they can always be revised.
