That is true.

I'd like to commit it. It reads well, but I want to test it. I tried
it against my dovecot server but I guess it doesn't support it:

I'd take a test account from you.

I'd also like this to coexist with idna for the time being, perhaps
simply by not attempting to enable UTF8 when mutt is compiled with
idna.
