This will be challenging for me to reproduce, since it does work on other
64-bit platforms (OS X and linux). Are you using the one-file header
cache, or per-folder (IOW is $header_cache a directory)? If you actually
remove it, then run the same mutt binary twice, does it still not use the
cache?
