With `$mark_old` unset in mbox, [042f2ce0b870] will announce that there is
new mail in the folder that was just left if there are any unseen (not
old) messages in it. It may be desirable to keep that folder in the buffy
list (see NewMailHandling), but the prompt is just a nuisance.
