#3139: certificate problems in 1.5.18 nightly

Normally I use 1.5.18. A couple of days ago (Dec 9th-ish?) I tried a
1.5.18 nightly that I compiled in the same way as plain 1.5.18.
Immediately upon installation, the nightly stopped recognizing certs in my
~/.muttcerts when I tried to send mail. It gave me the accept/reject/once
option, and if I accepted, I had no problems sending as long as mutt was
still running. When I quit mutt and start again, I could not send mail
because it refused to acknowledge certifcates I'd already accepted.
Upon rebuilding plain 1.5.18, everything went back to normal.
