On Debian we can't build ncurses with --enable-ext-mouse, because binutils's ld doesn't know -lstdc++ : /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc++ Hmmm... Elimar -- Numeric stability is probably not all that important when you're guessing;-)
