Most mailing lists out there only accept plain text email (or mime email with at least a plain text version). To avoid such problems, just send out your list mails in plain text. > And the server says > > "This Message Is From an External Sender > This message came from outside your organization." This sounds more as it comes from some Microsoft / O365 or similiar email server on your own (or your organisations) side - not the mailing list system itself. A list email is technically a new email copy - coming from a list server and not the original sender (even if its address is still stated in the header - so the message is not incorrect.
