Are you sure? I get this message each time I run mingw64_shell.bat.

Other than that the shell starts, but I have no idea which problems I
will have because of that. Are there directories I need to change
right access to have MSys 2 working fine?
Please don't tell me I need Admin rights to compile stuff.
To be clear, I have no intention to run "msys2_shell.bat" and launch
"update-core" or any "pacman" command with a non admin user, but I
could not understand if you tell me a non admin user cannot compile
things.
