If that is true, then I'm a bit mystified how I ever got the kicad
package to build.  Maybe one of the earlier msys2 bzr packages worked
but I'm pretty sure I used the upstream version.  I guess I could create
a mirror on github and use git in the PKGBUILD file.  Not my first
choice but it would clone a lot faster.
