re-installing.

After my update today I get

~~~
$ pacman -Su
/bin/pacman.exe: error while loading shared libraries: ?: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
~~~

I'm not sure it gives any clues, but running `pacman.exe` from the
file browser tells me that

~~~
The program can't start because the msys-nettle-5.dll is missing from
your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
