OK, here is how to do it:
1. in the "select addresses" on the left you have your address book(s).
In one of those is your list.
2. Select the AB with the list in it (NOT the list itself).
3. now select the list on the RIGHT and press the TO button and then OK.
That should do the trick. Step #2 is the clue. :)
