This is why I was under the impression that you could not. When I am
filling out the TO: field, normally, I move up and click on the Address
button so I can see the clients in the address book. I click on the
address book that I'm interested in and then click on the clients name.
After highlighting the clients name, I click on the TO button and that
names appear below as selected. It is at this time that I click on the
okay button and that clients name appears in the TO: field in the
composition window of my message; however, group list names do not work
the same way.

Let me explain. When I click on the address button, I can see the List
name (list name=Church Group) in my address book. When I click on the
List name to select it, all the clients in that List appear to the right
for selection. It is at this point that I can select all those names
but there is no way to just place the List name in the box below for all
those entrees. Now, in the composition window, for a new message, if I
just go up to the TO: field and manually type the List name in, (I've
discovered this morning that this works) then yes, I can send to
everyone in that list.

Unless I'm doing something wrong in the address book, for selection, I
just couldn't for the life of me figure out how to send to a list
without selecting everyone in it. Does everyone understand the
difference I'm presenting here between selected a List from the address
book and manually typing the name of that List in the TO: field in the
composition window.
