This is a known issue with Outlook. It's simply the worst mail
client for sending non-standard code. Hell, it's simply the
worst mail client.
Outlook causes this problem with every non-Outlook mail client
at some point in time.

If they're sending RTF, that's the problem: RTF is a proprietary
format.
Or, it may be sending 2 part messages, a plaintext messages and
a duplicate HTML message as an attachment. This is an
"inconsiderate" setting, as you now have to download a messages
almost three times the siz of a single plaintext message.

Netscape uses compliant codes.

Ah, in THIS case, (which should have come at the BEGINNING), the
Outlook Luser is sending a dual-part message( plaintext AND
HTML)
The Netscape user needs to set:
VIEW: View Attachments Inline
But the Outlook jerk should simply send plaintext.
It's less stuff clogging the 'net, and it's the polite thing to
do.

The problem with troubleshooting is that real trouble shoots
back.
