An associate uses Netscape 4.7. They are finding that they receive MS
Outlook Express mail fully as attachments in cases where it is in HTML
format to begin with. Apparently the attachment can be viewed but not
replied to for some reason.
MS Outlook mail is received in plain text (all Rich Text being stripped down
to Courier).
Email sent from Netscape mail arrives as it should (i.e., formatted by font,
colour).
They have gone back to archived mail (from Outlook and Outlook Express)
that USED to display in formatted mode, but it no longer does.
Any ideas why this has started to happen after a long period of not having
problems - and how to fix the problem?????.
