huh? They are listed in the attachments button menu, just as normal
attachments.

We should follow the setting the the Helper Apps prefs
(Save/Display/Ask) here, I think.

I disagree. That's what we have the normal menus for.
BTW: What happens, if I sent an attachment with MIME-type image/tiff,
but filename extension ".txt"? It should trigger the handler for TIFF
files, but that should be blatantly obvious to the user before the fact.
