Indeed, as I can see the fix for #763 in there:

Unfortunately I don't know what would be wrong.
Could you please file a bug at bugzilla.xamarin.com with a small test case?
Which Android version are you seeing this on? (Not Mono for Android version,
but the target's Android version.)
