In looking through the documentation, it appears AIDL isn't supported yet in
Mono for Android
(http://docs.xamarin.com/android/tutorials/Creating_Services/Part_2_-_Bound_Services).

Though it does look like an alternative would be to use the Messenger class,
since a "Bundle" can be passed in a Message instance. This in theory would
work, correct? I'll give it a shot.
