Target API level 14 and use the x86 emulator with GPU acceleration:

The x86 emulator should run significantly faster.

Execution on real hardware is much faster than the emulator.

We seem to have regressed the emulator in 4.2.3, based on reports in this
mailing list. 4.2.1 should work, and we're working on fixing the debugger
issues for 4.2.4.
