Hey,

You will want to press the "refresh" button once and then wait 10/15
seconds and hopefully it will show up then, if this doesn't work, then try
pressing "refresh" again and again wait for it to show up. The issue is
that the Emulator isn't showing up through ADB (the Android Debug Bridge
used by Eclipse and MonoDevelop/Mono for Android) so until this gets picked
up (by clicking refresh, you're killing the ADB server and restarting it),
you won't be able to deploy to the emulator.
