Hello, You can grab any of the previous versions from the link on the release notes:
http://android.xamarin.com/Releases/Mono_for_Android_1/Release_1.9.2 You will need to uninstall the 4.0 msi first, as Windows Installer won't let you do an in-place downgrade. Hope this helps!
