I think we will probably support x86 in the next version or two. We've been playing with an x86 emulator image from http://www.android-x86.org/. It's *fast*, but it's rough. IE: you can't rotate the device, change the screen size, and it's missing all the "hardware" buttons that the normal emulator has.
Likely in the short term we'll just ship what MFA needs to do x86 for those willing to roll up their sleeves and play with the emulator. (I'm sure we can provide some pointers.) In the medium term, we'll probably try to polish up the emulator and make it usable for the masses.
