Yes, I emailed Xamarin support yesterday and they reset my activation for me.
If you haven't heard, Xamarin took over the MonoTouch and MonoDroid products
from Attachmate/SUSE just yesterday. They also took over support for all of
the existing customers so there's no need to purchase the products again, and
they seem to be very responsive now. Good luck!
