Hi,

I am a student and requested a student's edition. This was several weeks
ago. In an Email to the support I asked if there were any issues regarding
the application.  I provided all necessary data and the document proving I
am a student. So far - no answer. Neither for the request itself nor the
email to support. Could it be a problem that my EMails weresent from
Germany? Do I need to send a translated student certificate? If so, someone
would have requested that instead of not responding at all I guess.
Any suggestions what I could do to solve this?
