I can't go back javaŠ in 2 hours I ported all business logic, web service
and database sync/mount from MonoTouchŠ and that was already a port from
Windows Mobile (except the RDA SQL Mobil part that I need to recreate in my
way)Š So, for me, the only option is to Keep Walking (Jonny Walker to help a
bit, maybe). Will need maybe 30 to 60 days of work to rebuild all in java
from the beginning and twice the work to maintain 2 applications.

Is the only way o have just one thing to maintain with a small
infraestrucure and quiklyŠ (jeitinha brasileiro pra fazer n coisas com pouco
recurso). To pray to do not have any issue with Android until XamarinŠ..

Well, it's really a good point. I have already switched back to Java because
I need to deliver some projects and I'll wait until the new toolset is out
and stable, and of course keep an eye on the legal issues between Attachmate
and Xamarin.

It's just not the cost of the license that is involved with a decision to
continue using the current mono products. What if I continue (because Miguel
said the new Xamarin project will be compatible etc) to use the current mono
tools and then suddenly Attachmate issues a cease and desist order to
Xamarin?

There's a huge risk involved for companies choosing to continue using mono
products in hopes of porting to Xamarin without an agreement between Xamarin
and Attachmate.
