Hi Yeah, I have a couple of VMs of windows on my linux machine. Not ideal. I was looking into issues with Crypt::OpenSSL::PKCS12 failing on msys2-mingw as I am trying to get a PR merged there. I suspect it is a github action issue.
I will add it to my list to look at but it will be mid May at this point.
