As David pointed out, the Time-ParseDate distribution includes a number of 
packages, including the Time::JulianDay that you’re interested in.

If you look here at the distribution page on MetaCPAN, you’ll see the list of 
packages:
        https://metacpan.org/release/Time-ParseDate

Do you still want to adopt the distribution?
