Hi, I tried contacting Malcolm (MICB) a few days, but didn’t get any response. Given that Malcolm hasn’t done any CPAN releases for nearly 20 years, I decided it was fine to transfer all the first-come permissions on B-C to Reini (RURBAN). Malcolm retains co-maint on all modules.
