Hi Adam & David, I’m one of the PAUSE admins. I’m tidying up distributions that have shared first-come ownership, since PAUSE tries now to not let this happen — it maintains the permissions profile on the lead module, regardless of who releases (in the past the releaser would get first-come on newly added modules).
CPAN-Testers-Report is one of these distributions. Adam did the first 4 releases, and so has the first-come indexing permission on CPAN::Testers::Report. David did all subsequent releases, and has the first-come indexing permission on the 8 modules that he added to the distribution. PAUSE’s default policy now is to give first-come on all new modules to whoever has first-come on the lead module, so Adam would get first-come on all modules. But in this case I think it makes more sense for David to have first-come. Adam, if you’re ok with this, I can make the transfer on your behalf? Cheers, Neil
