Hi VTI and OLEG, I’m one of the PAUSE admins, and I’m working on sorting out situation where the first-come permissions associated with a distribution are shared between 2 or more people. These days PAUSE tries to ensure that the lead author retains first-come on all packages, regardless of who first releases them[1].
The Bootylicious distribution was first releases by VTI, so VTI has first-come on the Bootylicious module. Most releases since then have been done by OLEG, and OLEG thus has first-come on nearly all of the other modules. Would you like me to give first-come on all modules to VTI, as the original author, or would you prefer them to go to OLEG, as the active maintainer?
