Dear Isaac, Thank you for your reply and the explanation on the background. I got to know about your ownership of this namespace when I initially submitted my distribution to cpan maintainers. Their automated checks bumped into this and let me know it was owned by you. I contacted the cpan maintainers who then contacted you to ask your position on this (attached their mail sent on this topic). I am copying them here too for simplicity of communication.
I think you need to go to your PAUSE account to transfer ownership of that namespace to me, but not sure. Thanks again for your support.
