I noticed that at least for PerlIO::via::Rotate, Liz still has co-maint, which means that she would get copied in on bug reports from RT, etc. Unless anyone can think of a reason why not, I’ll email Liz and ask if she wants to have her co-maint dropped on all/any of her Perl 5 package names.
